The defect
Incorrect front and rear covers were used during manufacturing process of the vehicle owner’s manual and therefore the content provided does not match the vehicle.

The hazard
The owner’s manual may contain incorrect information relating to the vehicle’s jacking points. A misuse of a jack up point may increase the risk of an accident causing injury to vehicle users.
The remedy
Owners of affected vehicles can contact their local Nissan dealership to schedule an appointment to have their vehicle inspected for the replacement of the Owner’s Manual.
