The defect

Due to improper assembly during production, the rear seat runners may not be correctly aligned/locked to the seat frame rails. As a result the seats may not lock in place and may move inadvertently.

The hazard

In the event of an accident or hard braking if the rear seats move, it could increase the risk of injury or death to vehicle occupants.

The remedy

Owners of affected vehicles can contact their authorised Bentley Dealer to make an appointment to have the work carried out at no charge.
