The defect

The compliance label on some vehicles may have been printed with an incorrect seating capacity of five instead of the correct seating capacity of four.

If the label is printed incorrectly the vehicle will not be compliant with the Australian Design Rule 61/02 (Vehicle Marking).Consumers may attempt to transport five occupants in the vehicle rather than four following the incorrect information on the label.
