The defect

Due to a manufacturing defect, the rear suspension may fail in extreme driving situations. Should the suspension fail, this will impact vehicle handling which could result in a loss of vehicle control.

A loss of vehicle control will increase the risk of serious injury or death to occupants and/or other road users, and damage to property.

The remedy

Owners of affected vehicles can contact their preferred Official Porsche Centre to have the necessary works carried out and completed free of charge.
