The defect

Some motorcycles equipped with halogen headlights may have been assembled using a non-compliant headlight not matching Australian Design Rules (ADR) requirements.

The hazard

These models may be equipped with an SAE (North America specification) headlight, which is considered non-compliant per ECE standards.

The remedy

Owners are advised to contact their Authorised Indian Dealer to arrange an inspection of the affected bike.
