The defect

Due to to use of inferior brake-pad material, the rear brake may not function adequately under heavy braking.

The hazard

If the rear braking function is impaired, an accident may occur.

The remedy

Consumers should contact their authorised Ducati dealer as soon as possible to arrange for the replacement of the rear brake pads on the motorcycle. For more information, consumers can contact the National After-Sales Department on 02 87413838 / 02 8741 3831, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm AEST.
