The defect

Clearance between the LHF brake pipe and the power steering hose fixing clip may be insufficient and vibration transmitted during normal vehicle operation may cause abrasion of the affected components. In the worst case the brake pipe may sustain damage potentially resulting in a brake fluid leak and a reduction in braking efficiency.
