The defect

Potential exists for the front drive belt pulley nut to become loose on the motorcycle. The incorrect tightening torque could have been set in production resulting in the front pulley nut becoming loose and the possibility that the motorcycle could lose drive.

Owners to contact their preferred Authorised BMW Motorcycle Dealer to organise replacement of parts free of charge.If you are no longer the registered owner, BMW would appreciate your advice regarding details of the new owner.
