The defect

Wheel nuts at the lower end of the torque range may come loose on rough roads, thus imposing greater loads on adjacent nuts which may fatigue fracture.

All owners will be contacted by letter. Return your vehicle to a Daihatsu Dealer for rectification as soon as possible. This recall will commence about 27 April 2002.
