The defect

In certain conditions vehicles may experience the turbo boost increasing faster than the enrichment of the air/fuel ratio, which may result in Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) illumination, rough idling, engine noise, engine mis-fire or engine damage.

In the worst case scenario engine may experience partial loss of power.
