The defect

Isuzu Motors Japan have identified that the Meritor Axle Lock Nut Locking Tab may have been misassembled and this may, in extreme cases, cause the wheel to come loose from the axle assembly.

If the defect occurs, this poses a hazard to the driver and other road users.

The remedy

A letter is being sent to affected customers.For further information, contact your local Isuzu dealer.
