The defect

A low cell voltage condition in the battery pack may cause the vehicle to experience a reduction or loss of forward movement, or not start. A warning light will be shown on the instrument cluster advising that propulsion power is reduced.

If the condition occurs while driving, it may potentially pose an accident hazard to the driver and other road users.

The remedy

Holden will contact all affected owners to notify them of required action. Owners should contact their nearest Holden dealership to arrange an inspection and repair of the vehicle.For any further concerns consumers should contact their local Holden Dealer or Holden Customer Care on 1800 632 826.
