The defect
A condition can occur where water may enter the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) wiring connector via the earth lead.

The hazard
There is a possibility of the wires leading to ABS module igniting due to heat generated from electrical short circuit
The remedy
The owners of the affected vehicles will be contacted by letter at their last registered address. Contact your local Holden dealer.
