The defect

There is a possibility that the tyre bead may have been damaged during the process of mounting the tyre onto the wheel. This damage may lead to loss of tyre air pressure.

The remedy

The majority of these vehicles have been quarantined within the Holden Dealer network. Owners of vehicles not quarantined will be contacted by Holden. As a precautionary measure, all tyres will be replaced in the potentially affected range of vehicles.
