The defect

The air pressure warning light (equipped with as Visible Indicator regulated in ADR 35/01 S.5.2') was not so designed that, as a check of function, it operates when the ignition key switch is turned from the 'START' position and it must not operate after the return of the ignition switch to the 'ON' position. The condition is not in compliance with the regulation 'ADR 35/01 S.5.2.6'.
