The defect

The front marker, rear and side lamps may not be affixed to the vehicle as set out under Australian Design Rule (ADR) 13/00.In Addition, the vehicle number plate may not be correctly located to the vehicle as per the requirement set out under (ADR) 61/03.

The hazard

There is no safety hazard associated with this recall and the defect will not affect the performance of the vehicle.Vehicles are not compliant with ADR 61/03 - Vehicle Marking and ADR 13/00 - Installation of Lighting and Light Signalling Devices on other than L-Group Vehicles.

The remedy

Owners of affected trailers do not need to do anything at this stage. Trimax Mowing Systems will be in contact with owners of affected trailers to arrange for the update to be carried out, free of charge.
