The defect

The brake calliper sliding pin bolts may not have been torqued correctly and could become loose. If this occurs, it may reduce the expected braking performance.

A reduction or loss in braking performance could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users.

The remedy

Owners of affected vehicles are asked to arrange an appointment with their nearest Kimberley Kampers dealer for inspection and necessary repair/replacement of calliper sliding pin bolts, free of charge.
