The hazard

In the event of an accident, a seat belt not operating as intended could increase the risk of injury or death to vehicle occupants.

The remedy

Owners of affected vehicles should contact their preferred Official Porsche Centre to have the necessary works carried out and completed, free of charge.Note: Incorrect seat belt mount tension could be indicated by squeaking noises or looseness around the belt mounting point on the seat frame.
