The defect

The front seat belts can experience a 'non-retracting' condition. The problem originates from the two stage mechanism inside the retractor.

The remedy

Contact your authorised Saab Dealer. Please note the product safety campaign will be launched towards the end of this year due to supplier requiring sufficient time to produce replacement belts. Saab will mail owners of the affected vehicles.
