The defect

The front bumper may not comply with Australian Design Rule (ADR) 92/00, it may not have a bumper closeout and tow hook cover.

The hazard

If the front bumper does not have a closeout and tow hook cover, there is an increased risk of serious injury in the event of an accident.

The remedy
