The defect

There is a possibility that a leak can occur at the fuel rails in the fuel injection system on the affected vehicles.

The hazard

In some isolated circumstances, there is a potential of a small fuel leakage causing a fuel smell from the vehicle and in extreme worst case situations, if the fuel leak comes in contact with an ignition source, there is potential for fire.
