The defect

Due to a manufacturing error within the fuel injection pump it is possible that engine oil and fuel could become mixed and find its way into the engine.Should this occur an unexpected increase in engine speed will result, and once the engine is stopped, it may not restart. In an extreme case this fuel/oil mixture could come into contact with hot engine components.
