The defect
The warning labels on jacks supplied with these vehicles do not comply with the requirement of the vehicle jack safety standard AS/NZ 2693:1993 - Vehicle Jacks.

The remedy
Daewoo will be advising all owners of affected vehicles by mail. Owners will be provided with replacement jack labels. It is important that the labels are affixed to the jacks as soon as possible. Owners may either follow instructions which will be provided by the supplier.
