The defect

Windows for a limited number of Crafter vehicles may have been incorrectly stored during production and become damaged. Affected windows could allow water into the vehicle and could even fall off the vehicle.

A car window falling onto the road could cause an accident involving other road users, causing potential injuries or death.

The remedy
