The defect

Suzuki has identified that the joint fastening between the lateral rod and the axle housing may become defective. The fastening bolt of the joint may become loose and the steering wheel may vibrate.

The hazard

In the worst case, the bolt can drop off and the steering function may be compromised. This can pose a hazard to the driver and other road users.

The remedy

Suzuki Australia will contact all affected consumers via mail. Consumers will be directed to contact their Suzuki Dealerships
