The defect
Due to a manufacturing fault, the seat belt mounting bolt may fail.

The hazard
If the bolt fails, the seat belt may detach and no longer restrain the seat occupant, increasing the risk of injury in the event of an accident.
The remedy
IVECO will replace the seat belt mounting bolts on affected vehicles. This only applies to fixed seating (passenger side seating only).
