The defect

The Wireless Ignition Node (WIN) Module may have unintentional movement of the Frequency Operated Button Ignition Key (FOBIK) from the “ON” to the “Accessory” position while driving.

The hazard

This could cause unintended engine shut off, posing an accident hazard to the driver and other road users.

The remedy

FCA Australia will notify owners who can take their vehicle to a Chrysler Jeep Dodge (CJD) dealer whereby the vehicle will be repaired. For further information regarding the recall customer can call 1300 133 079.
